These terms apply to the website dadtalksai.com and to the content published under the name Dad Talks AI on YouTube and other platforms. By using the site or the content you agree to them.

Dad Talks AI explains artificial intelligence to parents in plain language. Everything we publish is general information and personal opinion. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or educational-professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified specialist about your family’s situation.

We check facts before publishing, but AI products, policies and research change quickly. Information may become outdated or contain errors, and we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Always verify important details with the original source.

If a video or post is sponsored, contains a paid placement or uses affiliate links, we always disclose it clearly in the content itself and in its description. Opinions remain our own.

Unless stated otherwise, the videos, texts, graphics and other materials published by Dad Talks AI are © Jevgeni Bogatyrjov. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with attribution. Re-uploading, republishing, translating or commercially using our content without written permission is not allowed. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their owners.
6. Use of the website
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on our content. 7. The “Dad Talks AI publisher” tool
“Dad Talks AI publisher” is an internal tool that the channel owner uses to publish videos and read analytics for the owner’s own YouTube channels through the YouTube API Services. It is not offered to third parties, has no public sign-up and provides no service to anyone other than the owner. Its use of Google APIs is described in the Privacy Policy and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
