Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is (and is not) processed in connection with the website dadtalksai.com, the Dad Talks AI channel and the internal OAuth application “Dad Talks AI publisher”.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Jevgeni Bogatyrjov, a private individual based in Estonia (European Union). Contact: [email protected].
2. This website
The website itself collects no personal data. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking scripts, loads no third-party fonts or embeds, and has no forms or accounts. It only contains links to our channel and social media profiles.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), and its traffic passes through Cloudflare's network. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as your IP address, the requested page, time of request and browser type) for the purpose of delivering the site and keeping it secure. We do not use this data to identify visitors, and we have not enabled any analytics. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.
3. The “Dad Talks AI publisher” OAuth app
“Dad Talks AI publisher” is an application registered in Google Cloud (project dad-talks-ai) that uses the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API. It is an internal tool used solely by the channel owner to manage the owner’s own YouTube channels, Dad Talks AI and Папа про AI. It is not offered to, and cannot be used by, the public.
Through this app the owner can:
- upload and schedule videos;
- set thumbnails, subtitles, titles, descriptions and other metadata;
- read comments on the owner’s videos;
- read YouTube Analytics reports for the owner’s channels.
What data is accessed. Only data of the owner’s own Google account and YouTube channels: channel and video metadata, comments posted on the owner’s videos, and aggregated analytics. The app does not access the Google accounts of viewers, subscribers or commenters beyond what YouTube already shows publicly to the channel owner.
How data is used. Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide the functions listed above. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising or ad targeting, and not used to develop, improve or train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. No human other than the channel owner reads this data.
Where data is stored. OAuth tokens are stored locally on the owner’s own computer and are never transmitted to any server other than Google’s. No Google user data is stored on this website or in any cloud database of ours.
Dad Talks AI publisher’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services. Because the app uses YouTube API Services, its use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access. Access granted to the app can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Retention and deletion. Tokens are kept only for as long as the app is in use. When access is revoked, or on request, the locally stored tokens and any cached API data are deleted. To request deletion, write to [email protected].
4. Social media platforms
When you watch, like, comment on or message us on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other platform, that interaction is processed by the respective platform under its own privacy policy and terms. We only see what the platform shows to channel operators (for example, public comments and your public profile name). We do not export or combine this data with any other source.
5. Children
Our content is made for parents and other adults, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. We never show our own child in our content. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Because this website does not collect personal data, in most cases there will be nothing for us to return or delete. If you have any request or question, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
